Call for Speakers

I/We agree that only those speakers listed in this online submission may speak at the MABAS Summit and that any substitutions or additions are only permitted by prior written approval of the MABAS Summit Committee Chair.

I/We agree that the topic of the presentation I/we submitted will be the one I/we will present at the MABAS Summit if my/our session is accepted. Any topic changes or material changes to the content will not be permitted unless with the prior written approval of the MABAS Summit Committee Chair.

I/We agree that during my presentation, I/we will not engage in any type of promotional marketing or selling of any product or service, and I/we will not disparage MABAS in any way.

I/We represent and warrant to MABAS that my/our presentation is an original work or creation and does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark and/or privacy rights), is factually accurate, and contains nothing misleading, defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I/We warrant that I/we have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my/our presentation and that I/we will produce the same upon written request of MABAS.

I/We agree to submit by February 10, 2027 the following: a.) An electronic copy of my/our final slide presentation along with a sample of any session handouts or reference materials. If I/We am/are not utilizing a presentation software package like PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc., I/We agree to submit my/our full final discussion outline; b.) Review and make edits, if needed, to the speaker and submission information sections. c.) I/We understand that failure to submit these items can result in my/our removal from the MABAS Summit program.

 I/We agree that MABAS may use the name(s), likeness, recording, image, photograph, and biographical data of all speakers in this session to support the promotion of the MABAS Summit and MABAS.
