All cancellations must be made by February 1, 2025 for a full refund. After the date, no refunds are allowed.

MABAS has block of rooms at the Marriott and Double Tree Hotel, under MABAS.  Rooms are included in the price of registration, rooms are to be booked by the individual purchasing the ticket. The Marriott will be hosting a shuttle between the Double Tree and Hilton Hotels for our guests.

(Please note that the Marriott is under construction, so rooms are on a first come basis.)
