Please accept this REMINDER regarding the MABAS-Illinois Chapter Governing Board Meeting scheduled for:

Wednesday October 15, 2025 – 12:00 noon at the following locations.

In an effort to encourage more participation and input from all MABAS Divisions, the MABAS Executive Board Meeting of October 15, 2025 – 12:00 noon at the Hotel Pere Marquette in Peoria, will also be video conferenced to the MABAS Readiness Center in Wheeling – Lee County EMA, Dixon and the Mt. Vernon Police Department, Mt. Vernon locations. Location addresses are on the Agenda. This video conference will be fully interactive. Participants at all locations will be able to speak, ask questions, and will be able to see and hear each other. Divisions at the MABAS Readiness Center, Pere Marquette Hotel, Lee County EMA and the Mt. Vernon Police Department sites are full participants who count towards voting and quorum. All Divisions are encouraged to attend October’s meeting at one of these locations. It is only through the engaged participation of our Divisions that MABAS-Illinois will remain an adaptive, responsive, and effective organization.
